At its February 16, 2012 meeting the Board of the AGLC approved a three-year moratorium on the licensing of new Racing Entertainment Centres (RECs), with an option to extend the moratorium for an additional two years at the end of the three-year period. The AGLC will not be accepting applications during this period.
