Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all cannabis retail store licensees and registered cannabis representatives of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH) and the Cannabis Representative Handbook (CRH). In keeping with Government of
Alberta red tape reduction initiatives, these amended policies include changes that provide industry stakeholders with increased flexibility and efficiency in running their operations:
Effective immediately, registered cannabis suppliers or representatives may provide retail cannabis store licensees with branded promotional display cases, branded refrigeration or interior signage that meet the requirements specified in Section 6.3.11 of the RCSH and Section 4.3.11 of the CRH respectively.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
