Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise cannabis licensees of an amendment to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH).
Effective immediately, Section 3.4.9e) of the RCSH has been amended by deleting the requirement that signs may not indicate a price advantage. The Cannabis Act does not prohibit a licensee from indicating a price advantage in store names or signs.
