Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all cannabis licensees of an amendment to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH).
Effective immediately, a retail cannabis store may allow charitable organizations to conduct fundraising activities within its store. These activities may include honour boxes to raise funds for national campaigns, displaying cash boxes for donations, food bank depositories or selling raffle tickets by a personal attendant of a licensed organization.
Section 4.13 has been added to the RCSH to reflect the change.
The amended handbook may be accessed on AGLC’s website.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policy and ensure affected staff are notified of this change.
