Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all cannabis licensees of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH).
These amendments provide additional clarity regarding the master case shipping process and ensure licensees are aware of the correct product delivery and return procedures.
The following cannabis policies have been updated to reflect changes regarding cannabis product deliveries and returns:
- Section 5.2 – Product Returns and Claims
- Section 5.3 – Product Recalls
- Section 5.4 – Customer Returns
- Section 5.6 – Product Deliveries
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
