This bulletin is to advise cannabis licensees of an IMPORTANT AMENDMENT to the Retail Store Cannabis Handbook (RCSH).
Effective immediately, all licensees have the option of being open on December 25.
Section 4.1.3 of the RCSH has been amended to reflect this change.
Please ensure all affected staff are notified of this change.
