This bulletin is to advise hotel licensees of an AMENDMENT to the Licensee Handbook.
Effective August 7, 2019, the Licensee Handbook will include a new section to provide hotel operators the option of site‐wide licensing. With this policy patrons are able to take open liquor beverages from a licensed premises in, and operated by, the hotel to their hotel room or another licensed area within the hotel (operated by the hotel). The new section will be located in Section 4.4 of the Licensee Handbook.
