This bulletin is to inform businesses whose primary purpose is not the sale of food or beverages that they may be eligible for a Class B liquor licence. The type of business must be approved by AGLC before a licence is issued.
The conditions a business must meet are outlined in Sections 3.3.26 and 3.3.27 of the Liquor Licensee Handbook.
The updated policies, as well as a Class B application form may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
