AGLC surveys provide choices Albertans can trust

St. Albert…AGLC is continuously looking to improve its services and processes to serve Albertans better. For this reason, AGLC conducts annual surveys. These satisfaction surveys are conducted to better understand gaming, liquor and cannabis industries in Alberta and AGLC’s performance in serving Albertans.

Surveys are being conducted online and by phone throughout February and March. These surveys include:

  • Survey of Albertans
Provides feedback related to gaming, liquor, cannabis, social responsibility and AGLC as an organization.
  • Social Responsibility Survey
Survey determines the incidence of Albertans who drink alcohol, gamble and use cannabis responsibly, as well as measure the awareness of AGLC-led social responsibility programs and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Surveys
Four separate surveys are conducted with charitable gaming licensees, gaming retailers, cannabis licensees, and liquor licensees and agencies.

Advanis, an independent professional survey company, is conducting the surveys on behalf of AGLC with a random representative sample of Albertans. Only individuals who are randomly selected will have the option to participate in the survey.

Survey results are highlighted in AGLC annual reports and used to improve business processes. As always, all information provided from participants will be protected and remain anonymous.

Being open and accountable ensures AGLC continues to keep the trust of its stakeholders and Albertans. If you have any questions about the surveys, please contact AGLC at 780-447-8600, toll free at 1-800-272-8876, or online at aglc.ca/contact-us.
