Beginning his time in gaming, Jay established AGLC’s project management, organizational change management and enterprise architecture offices. With a reputation for bringing large- and small-scale projects over the finish line, Jay balances the strategy behind planning with a willingness to get things done. Jay prides himself on leading from the front. By holding a long-term vision that makes it easy for team members to bring integrated solutions to the table, Jay believes that AGLC can continue providing regulated entertainment choices that go back into Albertan communities.
