A passion for continuous improvement and embracing disruption has guided Nick through 13 years of progressive roles at ATB Wealth, including Managing Director of Performance Insights, and two years as Director of Decision Support at Athabasca University. Nick believes that great organizations and great cultures are built with collaborative leadership, empowered team members, and shared accountability for everything the organization does. At AGLC he’s leaning into the philosophy that if it isn’t perfect, we have a responsibility to make it better, for employees, stakeholders and Albertans.
