Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all registered liquor warehousers that a comprehensive review of the Liquor Warehouse Handbook was recently undertaken in support of government’s red tape reduction initiative and to ease regulatory requirements for liquor warehousers. As a result of this review, a number of policy amendments were approved. Highlights of the amendments include:
- eliminating duplication of other sections in 1.3, 1.6, 1.10, 2.1, 2.5, 2.6, 2.9, 2.10, 3.1, 3.2 and 4.1;
- eliminating subsections that are more appropriate to the Liquor Agency Handbook in 1.4 and 2.4; and
- eliminating AGLC specific requirements in 2.4, 2.7 and 2.8 (warehouse requirements remain).
