Gaming facility application objections

AGLC will post all applications for the following types of gaming facility licences:

  1. a new facility; and
  2. the relocation of an existing licensed facility

All objections must be submitted in writing and received by AGLC within 21 calendar days from the date the application is posted on AGLC's website in order for the objection to be considered during the current licensing process.
