Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise all delivery service licensees of an amendment to the Licensee Handbook (LH).
Effective immediately, Section 3.7 of the LH has been updated to permit delivery service licensees to store liquor on their licensed premises or another location specified on their licence.
Delivery service licensees will still be required to purchase their liquor from a retail liquor store, general merchandise store or an off-sales licensee.
The amended policy may be accessed on AGLC’s website.
Please familiarize yourself with this change and ensure affected staff are notified.
