This bulletin is to advise Class E Small Manufacturers with a Class D Off Sales licence of amendments to the Manufacturer Handbook.
Effective immediately, AGLC will grant an endorsement on a Small Manufacturer’s Off Sales licence for product sales at farmers’ markets and artisan markets without the manufacturer needing to apply for an extension.
AGLC will maintain a list of approved artisan markets and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Economic Development will maintain a list of approved farmers’ markets. Small manufacturers will need to reference these lists to determine what markets they may apply to as a vendor.
The amended policies are located in Sections 3.5.2 and 3.5.3 of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook and may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
