Cannabis Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise retail cannabis store licensees of amendments to the Retail Cannabis Store Handbook (RCSH) regarding online cannabis sales and delivery.
Effective immediately, all retail cannabis store licensees are permitted to sell their store products online and through delivery.
Licensees must obtain an endorsement from AGLC’s Inspections Branch (inspections.mailbox@aglc.ca) and ensure age gating controls on the licensee’s website are in place prior to conducting any online sales.
For all product deliveries, age verification will be requested by the delivery person to ensure the recipient of the order is of legal age. Delivery drivers will be required to have SellSafe certification.
The amended policy is located in Sections 4.14 and 4.15 of the RCSH and may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
Please familiarize yourself with the amended policy and ensure affected staff are notified of this change.
