AGLC internet accounts provide access to online services and are available to registered charitable gaming organizations, liquor licensees, and liquor agents.

 

AGLC online services

Services for registered charitable gaming organizations:

  • List of your organization's gaming licences
  • Consolidated bank account information
  • Organization contact list
  • Current Use of Proceeds List
  • Obtain a raffle licence ($10,000 or Less)
  • Submit a financial form for raffles ($10,000 or Less)
  • Online Registration for GAIN information sessions for charities

Services for liquor licensees:

Liquor price change information - licensees that have purchased products from external warehouses can view information on recent and upcoming price changes

For charitable organizations

The Internet Account Request Form  must be downloaded, completed, and emailed, mailed or faxed to the AGLC.

Required information includes:

  • Organization name
  • AGLC ID (also referred to as the Stakeholder ID)
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Signatures of the President and Treasurer of the organization

For liquor licensees

  • Liquor licence number
  • AGLC User ID (also referred to as the Stakeholder ID)
  • Licensee
  • Premises address
  • Email address
  • Contact name and telephone
  • Signature of owner/manager

The Liquor Agency Portal Delegated Admin Request Form must be completed, and emailed, mailed or faxed to the AGLC.

Required information includes:

  • Delegated Administrator's name
  • Agency ID (300,000 number)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
