This bulletin is to advise all lottery retailers of IMPORTANT AMENDMENTS to the Lottery Ticket Centre (LTC) Policy Handbook. The following policies are effective November 4, 2025.
AGLC is committed to reviewing policies to increase flexibility and efficiency for stakeholders in running their operations, while maintaining an effective regulatory environment.
As part of the review, the handbook has been renamed the Lottery Retailer Policy Handbook.
The attached Summary of Key Amendments highlights important policy changes. See the amended Lottery Retailer Policy Handbook for all updates to lottery retailer policies.

Please familiarize yourself with the amended policies, update your Lottery Retailer Policy Handbook as required, and ensure all affected staff are notified of the new requirements.
