Liquor Bulletin

This bulletin is to advise Class E Small Manufacturers of amendments to the Class D Licence Manufacturer Off Sales section of the Liquor Manufacturer Handbook (LMH).
Effective immediately, Small Manufacturers with a Class D Off Sales licence may sell their products at Alberta-based trade shows under the following conditions:
- the trade show features businesses in a particular industry promoting their products and services;
- the trade show is held at a public facility (e.g. convention or exhibition centre); and/or
- the trade show is a ticketed event.
The amendments to Sections 3.5 and 8.6 of the LMH may be accessed on AGLC’s website at aglc.ca.
